Two (2) experts (Karin Ruiz Camilla & Fred David McBagonlurinuuri) and Two (2) IUCEA/ RFU staff members (Dr. Jonathan Mbwambo & Dorine Rwehera) visited the Center on Wednesday 20th March 2019 for on-site assessment. The Center responded to a call by Inter University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) for African Centers of Excellence (ACEs) to host incubation centers. A Co-Financing Development of Incubation Centers or Learning Factories.
